This capazo was a game of creativity, dream and illusion. I thought, what shape can we give those roses (circles of various colors and sizes) so typical of Rari? I wanted to do something with the artisans that they had never done before. The answer was to give the designs more thickness and I decided to leave a space in the middle as a design of its own. But how to get to the perfect size? And I undertook this wonderful journey with Flor, an artist from Rari who has a more difficult technique with horsehair, which is braiding, harder and firmer. Thus “Diamond in the Rough” was born, a true gem.

Each capazo is delivered in a bag that must be used for storage after each use. This helps protect it from possible damage and keep it in good condition. It is important to avoid exposing the capazo to the sun when not in use. Direct sunlight can cause discoloration and deterioration of the material.
It should not be submerged in water or come into contact with rain. It is also important not to overload it, since it is a delicate piece.
