The shape of this capazo captured my passion due to its distinctive and entertaining uniqueness. In my creation, I combined horsehair elements in black tones, fusing a variety of patterns including animals and geometric figures. Through this composition, I seek to highlight the delicacy of horsehair and the wealth of possibilities it offers when experimenting with different shapes and objects. This capazo is a testament to how art can find beauty in the diversity and versatility of materials. In every figure and pattern, I see a manifestation of human creativity and ability to transform simple elements into something truly extraordinary. This project reflects my appreciation for craftsmanship and my desire to share the richness of horsehair in a unique and exciting format.
Capazo woven from natural-color straw, it is bordered by a black cotton trimming, a horsehair charm, a composition entirely of black horsehair, the natural color of the horse's tail.
Each capazo is delivered in a bag that must be used for storage after each use. This helps protect it from possible damage and keep it in good condition. It is important to avoid exposing the capazo to the sun when not in use. Direct sunlight can cause discoloration and deterioration of the material.
It should not be submerged in water or come into contact with rain. It is also important not to overload it, since it is a delicate piece.
